DEEP STRETCH : Slow Flow for Hips & Hamstrings

Follow along to calm your mind and ease tension in the connective tissue and muscles of your hips and along your hamstrings. Stretch to a point of slight discomfort, never pain. Allow gravity to do the work and remember to breath. Happy Stretching ☺️
