A good stretch session isn't just helpful in relieving stress, but is also so important for proper recovery. Use this hamstring and hip flexor focused stretch routine as often as you like and remember that increased flexibility takes time and patience.

This routine is great as a stand alone for recovery days, but is also perfect to add onto any of the other workouts on if you want to mix and match!
